Cooking
To prepare the curd pudding you will need: -cottage cheese-500 grams eggs-4 pieces -semolina-7 tablespoons sugar-150 grams Apple-1 piece -pear 1 piece -vanilla-on the tip of a knife milk-475 ml-dry cream Dr.Oetker with a taste of vanilla-0.5 bag -lemon-1 piece sugar powder-2 tbsp.
Boil 350 grams of the milk in a thin stream, add semolina, stirring constantly. Boil until thick. Semolina cool. Curd RUB through a sieve or using a blender
Beat eggs with sugar in the lush foam. Beat for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked semolina to the cream cheese, mix well. Add beaten eggs and vanilla, stir with a spatula.
Grate the zest of one lemon, Apple and pear cut into small cubes. Add all to the cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Put the cottage cheese in a greased form. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
The finished pudding should wobble SLIGHTLY. The casserole cool.
In cold milk (125 ml) pour half a bag of dry cream Dr.Oetker and powdered sugar, whip the cream, following the instructions on the package. The cream spread on the cooled pudding, flatten, put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Decorate the pudding according to Your desire.
I decorated the flower of strawberries, mint and red currants.
