Cooking
Rice TM Mistral to grind into flour.
Make a batter. Mix the ground rice, flour, salt, orange zest and water.
Fry small portions in oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Spread on paper towel to soak up excess oil.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and served to the table.
