Cooking
Mix all ingredients for sponge cake: 100g sugar, 125g of butter, 4 yolks, 125g sour cream 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2st. l with the top of flour, 1 tsp baking powder.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 180C, then divide into 2 Korzh. Whisk whites with sugar until stable peaks.

Cover 2/3 of the protein mass. Put in oven for 5 min.
Then put the second cake, pour the remaining protein mass (top proteins I have made small purchase meringue meats) and bake for another 5-7 min.
