Description
Extremely gentle meal on February 23, melting in your mouth. With the feast of our Defenders! Timbale ( mousse, souffle) is something like compressed custard, which is prepared in a water bath, and therefore has the most delicate taste. Millet and spinach gives the dish a spicy flavor.

Cooking
Take the millet company Mistral, wash well and cook as directed with 1 spoon of sugar before.
Finely chopped spinach ( I used frozen, pre-thaw and squeeze excess moisture) mix with porridge.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, chopped garlic, ground nut, spices and soft cheese. Add this mixture into the millet porridge. Again whisk.
Well mixed spread the mixture into well-oiled molds, which are put on the tray, where it is poured boiling water and put in the already preheated to 120 degrees oven. And bake in a water bath for 40 minutes.
Served with tomato sauce and garnish with corn and carrots. For the tomato sauce - tomato paste or tomatoes, peeled stew with spices and garlic.
