Hearty eateries muffins will be a great addition to the holiday table, and can be a starter, for example, for the concession stand.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Soft cheese

    50 g

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

1. Quinoa boil until tender.

2. Carrots and cheese to grate on a fine grater onion and sausage finely chopped, parsley to chop. To add to the bowl with prepared quinoa.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the mixture in muffin molds and press firmly, decorate with stars from cheese and sausage. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
