Cooking
So, my ingredients:
Fry the liver in butter to prihvatili from all sides.
Cut garlic and onions, three carrots. Add liver and fry for 5-7 minutes. Salt, pepper to taste.
The next step is quenching. Pour in the liver a glass of water, wait until boil and continue to simmer on low heat.
Once the broth is boiling, pour in warm boiled cream. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Turn off the stove. Drain the broth from the liver in a separate bowl. The liver grind in a blender, adding the broth until creamy. Then add half a pack of butter, again whisk blender. Let cool in the fridge and you can eat. Bon appetit!
