Appetizer of trout with avocado
We often hear "I don't like avocado", it's a shame, because avocado is a complete meal and nutritional value and beneficial properties. Avocado goes well with seafood, so offer it in combination with light-salted trout instead of trout, you can use salmon, salmon or red caviar.

Avocado cut in half, remove the stone and peel. Cut the flesh into slices and liberally pour lemon juice, not to dark and acquired a lemon flavor. Leave a little bit of lemon for decoration, just a couple of very thin slices.

Finely chop the capers.

Only needed 1 sprig of tarragon, remove it from the stem, and chop leaves.

Mix sour cream with tarragon and capers

Lay out on a dish layers of the pieces of trout, top with avocado and so two or three layers as possible, I have two layers of fish and two of avocado. Neatly lay out the filling, garnish with a thin slice of lemon, may 3-5 cranberries and serve. Bon appetit!
