White wedding gingerbread
If you have been true in the feelings and consistent in action, long and persistently showered with Valentines one and the same person, then it is time to bake a white wedding cake. You are ready for marriage, but gingerbread still want???Do not despair. Use the recipe, giving the gift the meaning that you prefer. Personally, I baked this cake for the husband who is returning from a business trip.

Ingredients

  • Honey

    500 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Candied

    100 g

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Water

    0.75 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    250 g

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

Honey or syrup heated together with sugar and margarine on the stove to dissolve sugar(and honey if candied).Remove from heat and set aside to cool.To polyactive mixture, add the crushed spices and leave to cool.

After the mixture has cooled add eggs,candied fruit,nuts,liquid,flour and baking powder.(Note the flour you may need less to keep track of this moment!)

Knead a smooth dough and place in the cold.The batter on the baking soda(if used instead of baking powder)should stand at least 2 days,the dough on the baking powder you can bake the same day(3-4 hours) or the next day.

The dough spread in the form or roll out and cut the carrot.Put in oven preheated to 180* and bake.Readiness check wooden stick.

Whisk the whites,add the powdered sugar and lemon juice.Beat all to a thick state.Spread the frosting on the heart and allowed to harden.Decorate gingerbread in its sole discretion.I decorated the gelatin colors from the Easter set.
