Cabbage casserole with meat and cheese

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Shallots

    10 piece

  • Puree tomato

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

Cooking

Grind meat and onion. I had pork and chicken. You can take any stuffing to your taste or variety. Stir and salt and pepper to taste.

RUB on a small grater carrots and finely chopped onion. Shallots can be replaced with a pair of onion bulbs.

Oil cook until transparent onions and carrots. Add tomato sauce or pasta that you have. Season with salt and pepper and add the paprika. Then turn off the heat and add the sour cream, I have a home.
