Cooking
Chicken breast wash and Pat dry with paper towel. Cut lengthwise into 2 parts. Cover with a plastic bag and it is good to recapture both sides. Each steak to lubricate tbsp soy sauce and pepper and leave for a while.
Mushrooms also wash, dry and cut into slices. Fry until Golden brown in a pan with olive oil.
In a Cup mix the pre-cooked buckwheat, green onions and dill chopped, mushrooms. Mix well. Season with a little salt and pepper.
On fillet put the stuffing, top with a good knob of butter.
Bring the edges on top and tie with thread or fasten with a toothpick. Put in the form greased.
Mix the sour cream with tomato sauce and garlic through the press. Pour chicken bags. Bake at T 200C for 30 minutes.
