Take the cream pour into a container, add 1 tbsp. of any cream, stir and set in warm for 10-12 hours. I'm more for good measure added a black crust of bread. I have a cream stood beside the jug. After 2-3 hours stir. After 10-12 hours they will thicken, take out the bread and put into the fridge for 24 hours. All you can eat. I have already 3 days the quality is excellent.
