Omelette Lorraine. The recipe is quick and easy. Delicious stuffed omelette. Happy to offer a recipe.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Chicken liver

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    0.5 tsp

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

In melted butter fry the finely chopped onion.

Add well washed liver.

Add the mushrooms (I have white). All together a good fry up to readiness of a liver for 5-7 minutes. Ready liver take out and finely chop.

Sauteed onions and mushrooms, add flour, stir. Diluted broth, add the tomato paste, dill, thyme, and salt.

Return the livers to the onion - mushroom mass and give more to warm up 2 minutes.

Eggs, 2 tablespoons cold water salt and pepper (to taste) whisk eggs. I used a whisk. And cook it in butter. Put the omelet on a plate. In the middle put the filling and fold the free edge on all sides.
