Approached the birthday girl. I wanted to bake something new, something I had not done. Found on the Internet this recipe. The name has not changed.

Cooking
First, cook the cream. Eggs need a little shake up with sugar, then add the flour. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Milk pour into a saucepan, pour the cheese and put on low fire. Bring to a boil. Hot milk in a thin stream pour in the eggs, constantly stirring.
The saucepan back on the heat and bring the cream until thick. Then remove the cream from heat and cool.
Now for the test. Beat eggs with sugar until whitening.
Grind cheese and add to eggs. Pour the salt and soda and mix thoroughly.
Then, gradually pouring flour, knead the dough first with a spoon and then hands.
The dough should be soft (don't overdo the flour).
Divide the dough into 6-7 parts. Each roll in a layer thickness of 3-4 mm. I immediately cut the cakes on a large plate. Sprinkle cakes with flour (a bit) and bake in preheated to 180°C oven for 15-20min. Trimming need to bake a little stronger and crush them into crumbs.
The finished cake to grease cream. Coat sides of cake and sprinkle with crumbs. Decorate as desired. I melted the chocolate and poured the cake surface.
