Sauce
This simple but very tasty sauce goes well with boiled vegetables or rice and boiled meat or sausage.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Tomato

    0.25 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

These vegetables we need. Onions cut. Three carrots (instead of 1/2 of the carrots I took 1 tiny), Pepper and tomato cut. (Red brickett of frozen pulp of tomatoes)

Fry in oil (butter or vegetable) onion with spices (I love perfumes).

Add carrots, then fry already on a slow fire. When it becomes almost soft, add the peppers (I had frozen)...

Sour cream, salt. Stir. Warmed up. And that's all!
