Appetizer
The tigers, of course, meat eaters. And therefore, meat of some sort must be on the table! Let it be at least a small snack. I was lucky - treated rabbit liver. It was the basis for "tiger joy"! For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    200 g

  • Brisket

    50 g

  • Dry red wine

    50 ml

  • Arugula

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Baguette

    4 slice

  • Salt

  • Vinegar

  • Dry white wine

    30 ml

  • Olive oil

Cooking

The baguette slices sauté in a little olive oil until Golden brown.

To prepare the white wine sauce, a pinch of salt and a few drops of wine vinegar. Put on a plate toasted baguette slices and sprinkle them with sauce.

Liver wash, dry and finely chop with a knife.

Fry the liver in olive oil for 2 minutes.

Brisket is also finely chop and add to the frying pan to the liver. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add the red wine

and oregano. Remove from the heat.

Arugula rinse, finely chop and add to the meat.

Grate the cheese on a small grater. Half of the Parmesan; add to the meat, mix,

and of the remaining cheese to make chips. On a dry hot pan, spread grated cheese 4 small groups. Allow to melt.

Carefully remove the crisps from the pan and quickly put the rolling pin.
