Cooking
Prepared meats. Cut into arbitrary pieces, not very large. Sent to the pan's heart, fry on medium heat under the lid.
After 10-15 minutes, add the pork to the heart. Simmer under a lid for 10 minutes (if not enough liquid, add a little water). Then send the pan the Turkey. Everything is OK. simmer for another 10 minutes.
In the last turn sent to the pan the liver. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.
In parallel, fry the finely chopped onion. At the end add tomato (I didn't clean), finely chopped, and garlic, grated on a fine grater.
Put on to cook the noodles. Drain water when noodles were still slightly undercooked.
Add the noodles to the eggs and quickly stir.
Cold meats carefully grind in a food processor. Add the onion-tomato mass, add salt, pepper to taste and stir.
In a greased form, lay out a layer of noodles. The next layer on top of it is half of the "stuffing". Repeat layers, gently pressing down and "stamping" their hands. The last layer is noodles. That is, in the end, two layers of meat and three noodles.
Top lubricated with all the sour cream, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put in a preheated 200* oven for 25-30 minutes.
