Casserole of buckwheat flakes with liver ourselves
Offer you a recipe of tasty and healthy casserole of buckwheat cereal and liver. If you do a La carte, it is a very convenient snack at work or kids at school. You can also take on a picnic at weekends in the autumn woods.

Ingredients

  • Cereals buckwheat

    100 g

  • Beef liver

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onions and carrots clean, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil for a few minutes.

Take the liver, cut into arbitrarily small pieces and fry together with onions and carrots.

Add liver, salt, pepper and simmer with the lid closed for 10 minutes.

Until the liver is cooked, take buckwheat flakes of TM "Mistral".

Put cereal in a convenient container and pour the boiling milk, leave for swelling.

Add the butter at room temperature.

Finished liver let it cool and grind in a blender (or grinder).

Mix the liver, and buckwheat flakes.

Add the egg and salt, mix everything.

The casserole can be baked in great shape, but I prefer the small tins for batch submission. Grease the molds with oil if they are not silicone. Put in molds liver with buckwheat. Put in heated to 180 degrees oven, bake for 20-25 minutes. Will not overdry it! All the products are ready, they only need to grab through the eggs, then the casserole will be dry. I got 10 PCs.
