Jelly
We will be cooking in the pressure cooker. Will become clear and "crispy".

Ingredients

  • Offal

  • Chicken wings

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Carnation

    1 piece

Cooking

I used veal legs, throat, Turkey, chicken wings. All to wash.

The bow is washed, but not cleaned from the skin. Bud cloves stuck in the onion.

Put in the pressure cooker meat, carrots, onion, parsley root. All cover with cold water by 1-2cm above the level of the meat. Boiling water will not. Bring to a boil over high heat and make the fire very small. Carefully remove the foam. Salt, add pepper.

Close the pressure cooker tightly. The pressure itself will rise it gradually. Cook for 3 hours.

To relieve the pressure and open the pan. The meat separated from the bones and chop.

Bone I gave "neighbor" rocky. Satisfied.

Carrots cut into slices and put it nicely into shape (I have a disposable foil).

Put meat.

The liquid strain through cheesecloth (layered) and pour on meat.

Cook hard-boiled eggs, slice and arrange on top. Allow to cool and refrigerate until fully cured.
