Cooking
Rice, well rinsed until the water transparency. Dry. Pour into a saucepan and pour the water into 1 - 1.5 cm above the rice. Cook on a high heat before it will not be visible water around the edges, but it has yet to gurgle and needs to inflate the bubbles in the middle. Half of the nori sheet, lay it on the Mat (wrap it first in plastic wrap). With wet hands spread rice on nori evenly distributed across the sheet. :D
Gently perevorachivaet nori on the other side. and brush with a little wasabi. :D
Put the filling: crab sticks, cucumber, avocado, eel, sweet pepper. :D
Using the Mat to tighten the roll and give it a square shape. :D
