Liver slices, the chopped garlic and onion and fry, stirring, until soft. Then let cool and mince with the bacon. Add salt, pepper, pour the cognac and mix well.
Put the paste in a form, from above put slices of bacon, close the oiled paper, form, place on a baking tray with hot water and place in the hot oven for 1.5 hours.
Cool in the form. Place on a platter.
