From the book "French Recipes". Easy liver pate, it may be useful to you.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    1 kg

  • Brisket

    250 g

  • Fat

    4 slice

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Cognac

    50 ml

Liver slices, the chopped garlic and onion and fry, stirring, until soft. Then let cool and mince with the bacon. Add salt, pepper, pour the cognac and mix well.
