This is needed for making cakes.
Honey concentrate (I had cranberry) stretch. Add the eggs,
yoghurt, sugar (to taste) and flour mixed with baking powder. Beat. The dough should be as for pancakes.
Baking lay oiled paper, pour the dough and bake at t*-180*C.
Readiness check with a toothpick.
Cool. Cut in half.
It will need to prepare the cream.
Gelatin dissolved in a small amount of warm water. Cottage cheese whipped with sugar, berries and yogurt in a blender. Add the gelatin and put on 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator. Then again vzbit.
