Fabulous pear pie
Dear povrata, this cake is really fabulous, and fabulously fragrant a fabulously quick. I propose to please yourself and your family this wonderful pie in the coming weekends.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    300 g

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Pear

    4 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Wash the pears, ginger RUB on a small grater.

Pears cut in half, remove the middle (peel not clean) and cut them into plates along the entire length, not very thin, roughly 3-4 mm.
