Oat lemon poppy seed muffins
Coffee is unusually good these it's soft, fluffy, lemon-oat muffins. Prepared very quickly. My family muffins hit the spot, maybe you'll like it? Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Mac

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

  • Vanilla essence

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    4 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

In a small bowl, mix cereal and yogurt. I use oat cereals of TM Mistral. Allow to stand while preparing other ingredients.

In a large bowl add the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and poppy seeds. Stir with a whisk.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with sugar. Add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, lemon juice and lemon zest and whisk. Add the oat mixture and stir.

In the muffin to put paper bake cups and fill with dough at ¾ volume. In the absence of paper shapers need a form of grease. If desired, sprinkle with cane sugar. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 18-21 minutes or until tender.

The finished muffins to cool and cover with icing. For glaze, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice. Bon appetit!
