Salad with chicken liver and caramelized plums
Easy, delicious, interesting, really autumn salad - it now just the season of plums! To prepare will take quite some time, and now you can enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Lettuce

  • Drain

    4 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

Salad wash, dry, chop.

Chicken liver thoroughly washed, cut into small pieces. Stir fry quickly so that the liver remains soft and juicy.

Red onion slice. I was small so I took 2 pieces and safely cut rings.

Bow slightly mash with your hands with a pinch of salt and put in a salad bowl.

Plum wash, cut, remove the seeds. You can leave the halves or cut into quarters.

In a frying pan with continuous stirring to melt the butter with the sugar. *I pointed out 0,5 tsp sugar, but if you like sweet notes in these dishes - feel free to put more. Personally, I like it very much, so I put 1 tsp of sugar. Put in pan with plums and cook on medium heat 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Spread caramelized plums in a salad bowl.

For dressing mix the soy sauce TM Kikkoman, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and 0.5 tsp of sugar. Pour dressing on the salad.
