Quite simple in execution and composition of salad, but very tasty and juicy! Tender breast, roasted in leaves Maggie with herbs and garlic, spicy olives, crispy cucumber and red onion, and green peas - the end result I was pleased with the taste - come on, let's try!

Cooking
Chicken breast laid on the leaves Maggie
Fry in a dry pan about 5 minutes on each side, I do it under the cover (pictured were fried two fillets)
In a bowl put peas, green olives cut in rings, cucumber and onion cubes
Finished breast put on a plate to cool, meanwhile prepare the dressing - mayonnaise, mustard and 2 tbsp. juice from frying chicken
The filling thoroughly mixed, cooled breast cut into cubes and add together with dressing to the remaining components of the salad - mix everything, put in the bowls, before serving to cool, decorate to your taste.
The salad was very delicious, not battered, with spicy notes of olives! A special highlight of the salad and gave the gas station, which was added to the juice left after frying chicken. Help yourself!
