Description
Everyone I have treated to pie and naively thought that he is from the liver... When I said that in the lentils and cheese, the surprise was not the limit. My family loves this pie. Help yourself and you.

Cooking
First you need to answer until cooked lentils. I have brown lentils so I first for 1 hour and soaked it in cold water. Then filled with fresh water, cooked it until tender. Lentils I make so: 1 Cup lentils 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Cook for 20 minutes, then add salt and spices to taste, and cook for another 10-20 minutes. If there is excess liquid, it should be drained.
Finely chop the onion, pumpkin and carrots grate on a fine grater. Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil, it is good to give from the liquid and add to the lentils.
Grind into a puree in a blender. Add spices ( I have Italian herbs), salt to taste and eggs. Again beat with a blender. Add starch and mix well.
In the end, add grated cheese ( 100 g), mix well.
Pour into a form with parchment, greased with vegetable oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Oven are different. Better to check with a toothpick. It should be barely wet or dry. While the pie warm, sprinkle the remaining grated cheese ( 20 g). Allow to cool completely and cut into pieces.
The cake really tastes like liver... besides, it's incredibly useful, especially to children.
Definitely try to cook this delicious and such a useful pie! Bon appétit!
