Cellophane lean
I want to offer mega delicious, hearty, healthy meatless option known to all dishes! This time I got a cellophane –noodles made from green beans. Cooking is not difficult, without problems. It is advisable to cook in a wok, but since I don't cook in a deep cast iron skillet.

Ingredients

  • Cellophane

  • Mushrooms

  • Red sweet pepper

  • Olive oil

Put funchoza in cool water for 30-40 minutes.
