Cooking
Onions finely cut, carrots grate on medium grater.
Fry vegetables in vegetable oil, place in separate bowl.
Add mayonnaise "Maheev" (I have olive) and mix.
Liver clear from the films and ducts, pass through a meat grinder or chop blender.
To the liver add the egg, flour, salt and spices. All peremeshaem. The mixture should be thicker than for pancakes.
Put the meat into the pan, forming pellets, and fry 5 minutes on one side without closing the lid.
Turn over tortillas. Gently spread on top of vegetables. Cover with a lid and bring to readiness on low heat for about 10 minutes.
