Very hearty and tasty dish.
Ingredients

Mackerel

Cooking
In hot oil fry onion, add the mushrooms and fry them, seasoning to taste with salt.
Add the shrimp, pour the cream and heat it, stirring very little, until thick.
Lay on the prepared mackerel in the oiled pan, season with salt and pepper. On mackerel spread the stuffing on top, drizzle with a little oil.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°. Five minutes before readiness sprinkle the fish with grated Parmesan cheese.
For the side dish I made rice bubble mix from TM Mistral.
