Bigos from Boris Burda
Bigos - a famous recipe from the Polish cuisine. Not trying to discover America. But the recipe from Boris burdy known "experts" of the narrator, rich, is contagious. Remarkable about this recipe is that instead of plums I used the Plum sauce D arbo.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Brisket

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Cabbage

    1 kg

  • Sauerkraut

    1 kg

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    1 handful

  • Sauce

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Coriander

Cooking

Cut the meat into strips. Pork.

And beef

Cut bacon, fry in a cauldron.

Add in the cauldron chopped onion, fry.

Add the meat, first fry until brown, then simmer on low heat for about half an hour.

Add shredded fresh cabbage and sauerkraut.

Once you can put tomato paste, pre-soaked and shredded mushrooms, plum sauce, cumin, coriander, pepper, crushed garlic, salt to taste. And cook, covered for about half an hour.

And at the very end add shredded sausage.
