Description
Salads, sandwiches, simple snacks without meat, eggs and cheese are useful to cook on ordinary days and in the post they become sources of vitamins and pleasure for taste. Today I want to offer vegetable salad that will help you add some variety to your Lenten menu.

Cooking
Prepare the salad dressing: mix soy sauce "Kikkoman" with olive oil, add thyme and ground black pepper to taste.
Cut tomatoes into slices. Avocado cut in half, remove the pit, peel and cut into slices. Red onion cut into thin half-rings.
Add fresh Basil and black olives. Salad cooked dressing. Mix well.
The corn salad put a pillow across the plate.
The second layer slide put cooked vegetable salad. Help yourself!
