Salad
This salad my mom cooked every New year. But over time, it was replaced by herring, crab salad, etc. This salad has remained undeservedly forgotten. But 3 years ago I found my mother's old notebook with recipes and I came across the recipe for this salad. I remembered it a funky taste, so now it will have to do for the New year. Products simple, so I suggest to prepare it and You!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Mayonnaise

    6 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Boil potatoes, grate on a coarse grater. Cut the ham into cubes. Eggs to boil, grate the cheese on a fine grater, fresh carrot peel and grate on a fine grater, walnuts chopped. Pickles cut into cubes. Garlic squeeze through the press to mayonnaise and mix well. Finely chop the onion.

In a deep salad bowl put first a layer of grated potatoes, lightly add salt on top we put sliced cucumbers.

On top of the cucumbers we put sliced onions.

Sprinkle grated cheese and grease with 2 tbsp of mayonnaise.

Next comes a layer of grated carrots. It will give the salad a richness.

Then again, sprinkle grated cheese and grease with 2 tbsp of mayonnaise.

Next comes a layer of sliced ham or cooked sausage.

Ham on the grate on a coarse grater boiled eggs.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Grease the last layer of 2 tbsps of mayonnaise and sprinkle top with walnuts. Remove the salad in the fridge for 4-6 hours. Bon appetit!
