Cooking
Veal fillet on a day to marinate in a mixture of dry red wine and sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman".
Through the day the meat dry with paper towels, a little salt and pepper. Fry in vegetable oil over high heat and bring to desired degree of doneness in the oven. I was baked for 7 minutes at t 200 and convection.
Prepare the second marinade. To do this, red onions, garlic and herbs (I have parsley and cilantro) finely chop, coriander seeds crushed in a mortar, add the lemon zest and juice, white wine vinegar, capers, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and sweet soy sauce TM "Kikkoman".
The resulting mixture to RUB the meat and remove to marinate in a cool place. I have the meat marinated 2 days.
You're done! Excellent charcuterie at our table!
Roast beef goes wonderfully with a dry red wine! And if you are not afraid of garlic, it is perfect as gourmet snacks for a romantic evening.
Very convenient that the dish can be prepared in advance. Bon appetit!
