Avocado in a cheese shell
The delicate flesh of avocado in a crispy, cheesy crust... mmm. Very quick and simple recipe for all fans of the avocado and of course cheese)))

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Butter, salt, flour and grated on a fine grater, the cheese is sent to the processor and grind to crumbs (you can do it by hand).

Avocado cut into segments and cleared (I got 10 slices).

From the resulting crumbs with your hands making "armor" for avocado. Mass in contact with the hands becomes soft, plastilinovye.

Spread the slices on a baking sheet, to paper and send in a preheated oven at 210*, for 15 minutes. Weight should "grab" and blushed.
