Diet and healthy pate seafood, mostly mussels, for the seafood lovers! Very tasty, flavorful, low-calorie for weight watchers, the dream to lose weight or sticking to a healthy diet!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

Seafood (I mainly mussels, a little shrimp, some squid) cover with water, add the Laurel and the peppers, onion wedges and carrots, cut into thin rounds; Cook since boiling for 10 minutes, remove foam;

With a slotted spoon to put the seafood with the rest, except for Laurel in the chopper, drain excess water, cool;

Add the oil, cheese, soy sauce and a good grind until smooth;

Put in clean jars and put into the fridge to set, for 2-3 hours;
