Here is our set of products. Greens today are cilantro and parsley. I love to add Basil. Still need a smoked chicken breast, it, unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture.
Prepare salsa. Mango and avocado peel and cut a few thin strips to decorate the plates, the rest of the flesh and the garlic cloves finely chop. Greens and radishes finely chop. Salt and pour the dressing. For the filling mix the lemon juice, vegetable oil, sugar and hot red pepper to taste. Mix well.
On a large plate spread plate of mango, avocado and smoked chicken breast.
In the middle, with the aid of a serving ring, or rings cut from a plastic bottle to form an island of salsa. You're done!
For full flavor, I recommend to decorate the finished dish with leaves of arugula and drops of cream of balsamic. Bon appetit!
