I present to You a wonderful, delicious zapekanka!
Ingredients

Sweet potato

Milk
0.25 cup

Chicken egg

Vanilla sugar
2 tsp

Corn sticks
1.5 cup

Marshmallows
1 cup

Brown sugar
1 Tbsp

Salt
0.25 g
Cooking
Wash sweet potatoes and bake either in the oven or in the microwave until tender. Remove the skin from the sweet potatoes and place in a bowl add salt, sugar, egg, milk and butter.
Beat with a mixer on medium speed, until smooth puree.
Corn flakes crushed, add melted butter and brown sugar Mix.
Preheat the oven to 175r. In the oiled pan 24cm. spread mashed sweet potato. Corn flakes to put on top of the puree and place in the oven for baking for 20 minutes
Next, spread on the prepared casserole marshmallows in the center.
Put under the grill for 3-5 minutes or until Golden brown.
