Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Water

    6 Tbsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

  • Bread

Cooking

The meat is cut into thin slices

Fry in vegetable (I have olive) oil or butter over high heat for 5 minutes

Whiter, brighter added makarasana onions and spices

Diminish the fire and fry until cooked

Meanwhile prepare sauce: melt butter in it add the tomato paste, garlic and a little sugar to tone down the acid paste

Add water and bring to a boil, simmer a couple of minutes

Bread cut into pieces

And dried on a dry pan

Assemble the dish. On a plate put the bread

Pour yogurt

Pour the sauce. And again - meat, yogurt, sauce
