Cooking
Cabbage finely grind in a blender (or cut).
RUB on a small grater cheese.
Add the cabbage and fill it with milk. Cover with a lid and simmer until soft about 10 minutes.
Then add the semolina, mix well and simmer for another 5 minutes. After this time, add eggs and sour cream. Stirring constantly, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Molds grease with vegetable oil and liberally (!) sprinkle the breadcrumbs. Spread the cabbage mass, sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Put in oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.
Carefully (!) get the quiches out of the tins. When serving, you can pour sour cream.
PS And you can do a big casserole: this is, in my opinion, easier and faster. :)
