Heh pike

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    70 ml

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Pike fillets cut into pieces. Add salt, black pepper and red vinegar, mix well and put into the fridge for 12-15 hours to marinate.

Chop the onion half rings, carrot thin wedges and add to the already marinated fish.

Mix thoroughly, pour hot oil, mix well. Put into the refrigerator for an hour to cool and infuse.
