Scones with apricot jam
Soft, fragrant, light as a feather, airy muffins with apricot jam are perfect for a tea party!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Jam

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Butter

    1 tsp

Mix the yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp flour, pour a little warm milk, stir, put the dough in a warm place for 20 minutes. Sift the flour. In warm milk, mix sugar, salt, vanillin. Beat the egg, pour vegetable oil. Mix all ingredients, knead a very soft dough.
