Cupcake with blueberries/blueberry
In search of recipe with blueberries (garden brother of blueberries) made me visit with the children, "Berry cafe". Hope you like this idea!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla essence

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Corn starch

    75 g

  • Curd

    125 g

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Blueberries

    250 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Blueberries

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Weigh products and leave them to reach room TEM-ry.

Soft beat butter with sugar, vanilla aroma and a pinch of salt

Two separate eggs into whites and yolks. Proteins put it in the refrigerator! 2 egg yolks and add to the batter... whisk everything until creamy.

Add to the batter 2 whole eggs and 25 g of corn starch.

Separately combine 80 grams of flour, 50 g of corn starch and baking powder

To enter cottage cheese

And then the dry ingredients. The mass turns out pretty thick!

The form of grease and sprinkle with flour (optionally, you can lay a paper for baking)

Put the dough in the form. Berries pre-washed and dried. Postpone 2-3 tbsp aside. The rest of the berries roll in flour.

Berries, coated in flour, put on top of the dough.

Bake in a preheated 175*C oven for approx. 1 hour. 30 min. cooling in the form, then remove from the mold and allow the cake to cool completely (1.5-2 hours)

Protein cream. Whip chilled whites, gradually adding sugar, bringing the cream to steep peaks, to the end to introduce lemon juice.

Spread whipped protein cream on the cooled cake.

Distribute on top of the remaining fresh berries.

Bake at 225*With or under the grill until it will turn brown cream (10-15 min.)
