Baked spicy-sweet carrots
I offer spicy-sweet snack of carrots. Can be used as a side dish to grilled fish or meat, as well as to diversify your menu in a post.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Rosemary

    0.333 tsp

Cooking

Scrape the carrots.

Obliquely cut plates with a thickness of about 3-5 mm.

Water bring to boil, add chopped carrots and cook for 5 minutes. Drain in a colander, let it drain and dry a little carrot.

Put in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1/3 tsp rosemary, salt and pepper. Then pour 2 tablespoons of liquid honey and mix well.

Spread in 1 layer on a baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes at 200° C.
