Liver-cheese balls
Appetizer of liver and cheese in a walnut crumb. Very tasty and spicy.

Ingredients

  • The goose liver

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Green onions

Cooking

Grate cheese on a fine grater. Add half of grated garlic and a little mayonnaise (or sour cream). Mix well.

Boiled liver mince. The liver is unable to take any, not necessarily goose.

To the liver add the grated egg, mix well.

Add the remaining garlic, mayonnaise (sour cream) and salt to taste. Mix well.

Roll into balls of hepatic masses, put in the center of each cheese mass. Get the ball with a surprise.

Roll balls in walnut crumbs (nuts fry on a dry pan, grind them into crumbs). Cool snack and serve, garnished with parsley.
