Very tasty dish with a new taste. Just to prepare. Cooking usually takes no more than forty minutes, and the result is simply excellent.

Cooking
Slice the pork into small oblong pieces. Fry in skillet in vegetable oil until soft and Golden brown. Add spices.
Chop the onion half rings, and carrot strips. Add to the meat. Cover with a lid. Cook on medium heat.
Make sauce. Mix sour cream, ketchup, mustard, honey and thoroughly mix. Pour the sauce into the meat with the vegetables and simmer on low heat. Add the whole garlic cloves (before serving take out).
Add a little boiling water (a little less than half a Cup). Gradually the sauce will thicken. Simmer the meat for 15 minutes. Our roast is ready! Very tasty goes well with mashed potatoes. All a pleasant appetite!!!
