There are many cookie recipes "hornet's nest". But in all the recipes in the test there is a raw egg. My cookies you can cook in advance, before the New year. Store in the refrigerator, before serving, decorate and fill with cream. And most importantly... be creative together with your family and children. May your New Year be the most magical!

Cooking
Biscuits and nuts to grind into crumbs.
Melt in the microwave or in a water bath butter and chocolate.
The recipe we use brown sugar TM Mistral
Add to melted butter with chocolate, brown sugar TM Mistral. Mix well.
Add condensed milk and rum. Mix well.
Add weight to cookies with nuts. Mix well. Work with a spoon, then mix by hand.
For this recipe I used these cookie cutters to Sprinkle inside of each ramekins with powdered sugar.
Insert the cone into the batter, forming a hole for the cream. You can use the handle of a round spoon.
Remove the dough from the mold.
These are the figures obtained. It was easier to work with warm dough, I warmed up in the microwave.
You can use the classical form for the hornet's nest cookies Ready to put in the fridge.
For the cream beat the butter, icing sugar and condensed milk.
Fill pastry bag with cream and fill hole figures.
The cream should extend slightly out of the hole. Covered hole round cookies. It will stand for figures.
