Cheese biscuit with currants
Inspired me to cook this pie for my son. He was 1.5 years, and I wanted to do something tasty! I have a sweet tooth))) And dad we also have a sweet tooth - I ate the whole pie at once)))

Ingredients

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Salt

  • Yogurt

    120 g

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Black currants

Cooking

Whisk softened butter with sugar ( about 7-10 minutes)

Add the cheese and again beat well.

Add the eggs, yogurt, baking powder, vanilla and mix.

Then sprinkle in the resulting flour.

And knead the dough for 5 minutes.

While the dough is made, smear the form with butter (I lightly sprinkled coconut).

Put bake in the oven for about 40 min at 180℃.

The finished cake turn on a dish and decorate according to your taste. I just sprinkled powder. Eat preferably chilled)))

Tip! Start cooking with currants, pre-wash it and carefully dry it to a cake not turned wet.
