Muffins from corn flour and cream with cherry jam
Took your recipe "lemon cream Cake" with some modifications. Wheat flour was replaced by corn, starch corn took too. The experiment very much. The cupcakes turned out gentle, airy, flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Corn starch

    90 g

  • Corn flour

    170 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Rum
