Description
Very tender delicious cake, cottage cheese with apples and cinnamon. The pie crust thin and crustacia. Apples are a good steaming. The recipe I found several years ago in the magazine "7+7th&q uot;.

Cooking
Egg whisk in a solid foam.
The baking powder add the flour, sift in a bowl.
Beat with a mixer. The dough is soft.
Take razumnoy the form to lay baking paper, put the dough.
Put the dough with the sides (the dough is smeared like butter on bread).
Prepare the curd-cream mixture. In a blender downloadable cheese, eggs, sugar, cream, vanilla. All beat up.
Apples cleaned and cut into pieces. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
Half of the apples spread evenly on the dough.
Cover with half of cheese mixture.
Distribute on top of the remains of apples and cottage cheese. Mix cinnamon with sugar and generously sprinkle the pie. Bake 45 min. at 200 C. in a pre-heated oven. When baking follow the baking if starts to burn the dough, cover pie with foil and lower the heat slightly. Extend the pastry for 10 minutes.
After baking to turn off the oven and leave cake in open oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven. That's what happened. The middle of the cake will be wet, as it should be. At full cooling the pie filling sets.
Leave on the grill on a tray movement of the form, remove the ring. Leave to cool completely. Bon appetit!
