Carrots Moroccan
Simple spicy salad. Very good kebabs!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    6 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cilantro

    1 handful

  • Lemon juice

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

From simple and affordable products will prepare "foreign" dish.

Carrots wash, peel and cut into slices thickness of 0.5 cm.

Drop the carrots into boiling salted water and cook for 6 minutes.

Drain through a colander and rinse carrots with cold water.

Mix the juice of half a lemon, olive oil, cumin (Jeera), sweet paprika, bitter paprika (optional), salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Cilantro leaves or parsley to chop and add to the sauce. Mix well the carrots with the sauce.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours. And better at night! All! Bon appetit!!!
